Operationalise and align the contracting lifecycle optimisation strategy for the legal entity. To work with external and internal stakeholders to identify and execute strategic procurement solutions through the contracting process, in accordance with the legal entity mandate and regulatory requirements.QualificationsType of Qualification: First Degree. Master's Degree preferable.
Field of Study: Supply Chain. Commercial/ Business Acumen.Certification: Member of Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.Experience Required
Procurement
12+ years in senior management role
Proven experience in the provision of guidance and insight pertaining to the drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation of legal documentation and processes of a complex nature. Identification and mitigation of legal risks. At least 5 years' experience dealing with commercial/procurement agreements. At least 6 years' people management experience and/or deep technical skill in a industry (i.e. technology contracting).Additional InformationBehavioural Competencies:
