- Design and maintain quality institutional data dashboards on key performance and student success indicators.
- Develop automated reporting processes to ensure easy and timely access to institutional data and information
- Work closely with departments to identify and support their data needs for reporting purposes
- Prepare data summaries, visuals, and analyses that support planning, evaluation, accreditation, and institutional effectiveness efforts.
- Work closely with the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Assurance to provide guidance and training to the university committee on how to interpret dashboards and use data appropriately.
- Work closely with the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Assurance to respond to ad‑hoc requests for analysis in response to leadership inquiries and emerging institutional priorities.
- Work closely with the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Assurance on data governance to improve data workflows and reporting processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, usability, and integrity of data.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, business and data analytics, social science, or other related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related area.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Proficiency working with databases and data reporting tools.
- Microsoft SQL Server database programming and the ability to write complex SQL codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word).
- Proficiency with statistical software tools preferably SPSS.
- Ability to communicate data clearly through visualizations, written summaries, and presentations.
