Job Vacancy For AccountantAqua Safari Resort has set in train a process to employ a professional Accountant into its expanded Finance DepartmentBrief Summary of Job DescriptionThe job holder should be capable of performing the following functions:

Performing reconciliations (cash, banks and investments)
Documentation of varied financial transactions and entering accounts information Preparation of accurate, timely and reliable financial reporting in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
Preparation and processing of invoices to ensure accurate recording of payments.
Monitoring and coordinating receivables.
Involvement in budgeting planning and processes.
Assisting external auditors in statutory audits.

Qualification Required & Experience

At least two (2) years experience preferably In the Hotel industry.
A degree in Accounting and/or Finance
Professional qualifications-ACCA/ICA would be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate with several stakeholders at all times.
A solution-oriented personality and a creative problem solver.
Computer literate with expertise in Excel and contemporary accounting software.
