The successful candidate shall support broadband installation. This involves installing internet equipment at customer premises, conducting on-site testing, and providing professional support to the organization’s clients.ROLE SPECIFIC
- Installs broadband equipment at homes and offices.
- Performs signal testing and basic troubleshooting.
- Uses field tools such as ladders and drills safely and efficiently.
- Completes daily reports using mobile apps or digital forms.
- Provides respectful, professional service to all clients.
- Follows company safety and quality procedures at all times.
- Technical background or experience in telecom, electrical, or related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physically fit; able to carry ladders and work in tight spaces.
- Basic digital skills — using a smartphone or tablet for field updates.
- Skilled in Fiber Optics Splicing and Termination.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is an added advantage
- Experience with fibre or broadband installations.
- Familiarity with field equipment and safety standards.
- Able to speak English and at least one local language.
- Previous customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Problem solving and critical skills
- Performance driven & goal oriented
- The person should be physically fit, with the ability to carry ladders and work in tight spaces.
