Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Echo House’s business objectives
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Support the CEO in business planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives
  • Drive financial sustainability and profitability across all service lines
2. Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Monitor departmental budgets including:
  • Campaigns and activations
  • Events and experiential projects
  • Production and content development
·Ensure cost efficiency and optimal allocation of resources·Track financial performance against budgets3. Revenue Management & Profitability·Monitor revenue streams and profitability across projects and clients·Support pricing strategies and commercial decision-making·Ensure proper revenue recognition and billing processes·Identify opportunities to improve margins and financial performance4. Financial Reporting & Analysis·Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports·Provide accurate and timely financial insights to leadership·Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities·Develop dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking5. Compliance, Audit & Risk Management·Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards·Manage internal and external audits·Develop and enforce financial controls and policies·Identify and mitigate financial risks6. Cash Flow & Treasury Management·Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital·Oversee banking relationships and financial transactions·Ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers·Optimize cash management strategies7. Procurement & Financial Controls·Oversee procurement processes in collaboration with operations·Ensure transparency and value for money in purchasing decisions·Strengthen internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement·Approve major expenditures and contracts8. Collaboration & Business Support·Partner with business development and account teams on pricing and proposals·Provide financial guidance on projects and client engagements·Support operational teams with financial planning and analysis·Align financial goals with overall business strategy9. Leadership & Team Management·Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team·Build a high-performing and accountable finance function·Drive continuous improvement in financial processes·Promote financial discipline across the organization
