Job Vacancy For Internal Auditor

• Manage the audit function and ensure efficient systems of control and compliance are in place and working in all sections of the bank

• A minimum qualification of first degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualification from a recognised university
• Must be a certified internal auditor or a chartered accountant or in possession of a second degree in auditing / accounting
• A minimum of 7 years auditing experience with at least 5 years in the financial services industry
• Some system audit experience is preferred
• Proficient in the use of an Accounting software

• Excellent of banking operations
• Up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory frameworks both locally and at the international level including ITRS reporting, BASEL 2 and other international standards
• Extensive working knowledge/experience of auditing standards and regulations
• Bank of Ghana regulations and guidelines
• Operations of rural & community banks
• Developments and trends in the financial services industry
