- First degree in business administration, accounting, or related field from a recognised university
- Two (2) to three (3) years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Appraise pension claims for eligibility by verifying claimant details and ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulations.
- Communicate with claimants and/or their representatives to provide updates, clarify requirements, and guide them through the claims process.
- Apply pension rules and regulations accurately while ensuring all claims are processed within legal and contractual frameworks.
- Maintain accurate claims records, analyze data to identify trends, and prepare insightful reports for decision-making.
- Deliver outstanding service by answering inquiries, explaining pension benefits clearly, and building trust with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to refine claims procedures, ensuring efficiency and a seamless claimant experience.
- : Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and provide feedback to improve pension services and offerings.
- Assist in developing resources to educate stakeholders about pension benefits, claims processes, and available options.
