- Maintain technical knowledge in Mining Technology Enabled Solution (MTES) hardware, software and installation requirements and procedure
- Deliver consistent and exceptional service experience facilitated by connected asset support for technology enabled solutions and provide enhanced customer value through preventive maintenance and more precise diagnostics
- Provide onsite and remote support when possible for technology enabled solutions
- Retrofit, install, troubleshoot, inspect, upgrade and downgrade, orient and train update and verification of software and online support
- Maintain a working knowledge of competitor offerings in mining technology.
- Engage with Caterpillar support teams in maintenance of deployed MTES solution
- BSc / HND/BTech Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- BSc Computer Engineering, BSc Telecommunication Engineering
- Computer software, hardware and Networking (Microsoft Certified)
- Proven experience in similar fields
- Good IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Should have a driving license B or higher
- Demonstrate good understanding in the use of Service Information Systems (SIS), electronic technician (ET), Vision link and CAT Inspect
