Job Vacancy For Result-Based Management SpecialistGlobal Affairs Canada is seeking to recruit Result-Based Management Specialist.Job Summary
  • The Consultant will assist with project close out activities and reporting, assess programme outcomes, document lessons learned through the knowledge management approaches and ensure that all objectives and outcomes align with the targeted results culminating in a Programme completion report
The Consultant must have the following knowledge and qualifications
  • Experience working in monitoring or evaluation of agricultural interventions related to international development
The Consultant should have the following experience and skills:
  • A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Ghana
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical advisory services on RBM issues to bilateral or multilateral instutions
  • Knowledge of the Government of Ghana's decentralized governance system that is applied in the agriculture sector
  • Demonstrated experience working with government and/or donor in a technical capacity on a variety of result-based management issues with attention to project planning, implementing and monitoring, including in government-donor coordination groups.
  • Excellent English writing skills
