Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and space-efficient kitchens, wardrobes, and office furniture for residential and commercial projects. This role requires expertise in architectural design, space planning, and knowledge of furniture. The designer will collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with project requirements and industry standards.Key Responsibilities1. Design & Planning
  • Develop innovative designs for kitchens, wardrobes, and office furniture that balance functionality, aesthetics, and client preferences.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and technical specifications.
  • Optimize space utilization, ensuring efficient workflow and ergonomic design principles.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with budget and design vision.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and design preferences.
  • Present design concepts, mood boards, and material samples for client approval.
  • Make design modifications based on client feedback and project requirements.
3. Budgeting & Project Management
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
  • Source and recommend suppliers for materials and fixtures.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
4. Compliance & Industry Standards
  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes, health and safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovations in kitchen, wardrobe, and office furniture design.
Key Qualifications & Experience[ad2]
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing kitchens, wardrobes, and office furniture, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or other architectural design software.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and space planning.
  • Experience with custom cabinetry, countertops, and furniture integration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budgeting, project tracking, and material calculations.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and manufacturing techniques.
