As AD, Talent & Admin, you’ll be at the heart of that goal, managing a diverse team of professionals to provide comprehensive, people-driven human resources (HR) and Admin services. We’re focused on developing the leaders who will support us in building a better working world, and in this highly visible role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence that transformation.The opportunityYou’ll provide the highest level of talent consultation within a specific population of professionals while leading change initiatives around HR programs and processes. Our leaders will look to you to provide strategic consultation to business leaders that will allow them to drive results. As a trusted advisor, you’ll be part of the leadership team, translating the business strategy into talent solutions. You’ll also be responsible for the development of your team to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and opportunities they need to grow.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be responsible for high-quality execution of significant HR processes, including compensation, performance management and career development. You’ll handle and resolve complex issues of employee relations. Teaming with the business, you’ll contribute to workforce planning activities in terms of understanding capability, skills development and talent pipeline. Utilizing data analytics, you’ll provide insight on trends and inform on solutions as needed. You’ll support the business in planning and delivery of organizational transformations as well as managing other complex projects.Other ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational ManagementSupervise administrative operations, including office management and compliance processes.
Optimize office workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage administrative budgets and resource allocation.
Oversee facilities management, ensuring a well-functioning workplaceSkills And Attributes For SuccessAbility to provide authoritative strategic guidance and advice on people-related programs and processes
Strong business acumen
An understanding of digital technology’s impact and the opportunities it creates
Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between the talent team strategy and business strategy
Ability to develop clear, actionable talent plans flowing from business strategy
Ability to build trusted business relationships and work virtually and across borders
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
Ability to engage and influence others, with strong change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent
Strong knowledge of HR trends, leading HR practice and talent management practices
Solid project management, change management and organizational skillsTo qualify for the role, you must haveBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
10-plus years of experience of which 5 years must be in a leadership role
A broad knowledge of HR laws, regulations, processes and leading practices
Excellent networking and influencing skills
A proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projectsIdeally, you’ll also haveMaster’s degree
Professional HR certification such as Society for Human Resource Management certification, (SHRM-CP), CIPD, IHRMP is a plus
Experience working within a professional services firm or complex matrixed environmentWhat We Look ForWe’re interested in influencers with a broad and extensive knowledge of HR processes.
