This is a full-time role as an Area Manager at Premier Bet Ghana.As an Area Manager,
  • You will be responsible for overseeing multiple betting shops in your region.
  • Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and training staff, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing strategies to drive sales, monitoring and analysing performance metrics, and maintaining a high level of customer service
Required Skills or ExperienceMinimum Educational Qualification
  • Diploma and Degree.
  • Experience in the sports betting industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to sports betting
  • Fluency in English and local languages
