- Develop and execute the business strategy for the Global Financing Solutions division to achieve financial targets and growth objectives.
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue generation, profitability, cost management, and financial reporting.

- Drive innovation and expansion in product offerings and financing solutions to capture new market segments and enhance competitive advantage.

- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements based on feedback and market trends.
- Lead initiatives to enhance client engagement, retention, and satisfaction through innovative financing products and services.
- Provide visionary leadership and direction to the Global Financing Solutions team, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports, ensuring alignment with core values and goals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages diversity and innovation.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure robust risk management practices, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to corporate governance standards.
- Streamline and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and control.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions that support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and manage operational risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the division's market position and achieving long-term growth.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other business units to align strategies and leverage synergies across the organization.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in financial services, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of global financing solutions, including structured finance, project finance, leverage finance, and investment banking.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to drive business performance and manage financial metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree preferably in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing or related field of study. Executive training records will be an advantage.
