- Be the first point of contact for all customers (calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins).
- Handle bookings, schedule technicians, and confirm appointments with accuracy.
- Provide clear information on our services: installation, cleaning, repairs, and promotions.
- Track service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address complaints and concerns quickly with empathy and professionalism.
- Record and update customer data in our system.
- Actively promote discounts, loyalty cards, and special offers.
- Go above and beyond to make every customer interaction unforgettable.
- Excellent English communication skills (bonus if you speak Twi or Ga).
- Friendly, patient, and solution-driven personality.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Social media savvy (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
