Job DescriptionCool Guy AC is one of Ghana’s rising HVAC (air-conditioning) service companies, specializing in installation, servicing, repair, and customer comfort solutions. We are expanding and looking for energetic Customer Service personnel to grow our customer base and promote our brand.At Cool Guy AC, we don’t just cool spaces we restore comfort, build trust, and bring smiles to every home and office.What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for all customers (calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins).
  • Handle bookings, schedule technicians, and confirm appointments with accuracy.
  • Provide clear information on our services: installation, cleaning, repairs, and promotions.
  • Track service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address complaints and concerns quickly with empathy and professionalism.
  • Record and update customer data in our system.
  • Actively promote discounts, loyalty cards, and special offers.
  • Go above and beyond to make every customer interaction unforgettable.
Qualification Required & ExperienceWhat We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent English communication skills (bonus if you speak Twi or Ga).
  • Friendly, patient, and solution-driven personality.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Social media savvy (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
  • Passion for serving people and helping Cool Guy AC grow into Ghana’s #1 air-conditioning brand.
