- Maintain accurate record of daily financial transactions
- Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier and vendor payments
- Issue receipts and invoices to clients
- Manage petty cash and keep up-to-date petty cash records
- Handle monthly bank reconciliations
- Keep proper filing of financial documents for audit and reference purposes
- Record income and expenses into accounting software or spreadsheets
- Track outstanding debts and follow up on collections
- Assist with payroll preparation and statutory deductions (PAYE,SSNIT, Tier 2)
- Support in basic inventory and asset tracking where necessary
- Take care of all administrative duties
- Any other duty to be assigned by supervisor
- HND in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
