• The Board member is expected to commit to contributing specified amount as part of our financial responsibility to sponsor projects related activities monthly ,quarterly and annually also contribute to monthly dues which supports administrative costs
• Attend all board meetings in person and online
• Contribute to strategic leadership and vision setting
• Uphold fiduciary duties care loyalty and obedience
• Promote and represent SWUI in public ,reinforcing its mission
• Provide financial oversight ,including approving budgets and review reports

• Experience in Program Implementation: Proven experience in implementing programs in underserved communities
• Strong Community Relationships: Established relationships with local communities and stakeholders
• Financial Management: Ability to manage funds and resources effectively
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Capacity to track progress and evaluate impact
• Ready to commit full term partnership for at least 5years

• Provision of Human Resources for project related tasks
• Capacity Building: Opportunities for capacity building and training
• Networking: Access to SWUI's network of partners and stakeholders
• Joint Programming: Collaborative program development and implementation
