Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of various investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, and other assets. This involves evaluating market trends, economic data, and financial reports to make informed investment decisions.
Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of pension fund portfolios by monitoring performance, rebalancing assets, and implementing investment strategies. This ensures that the portfolio aligns with the fund's objectives and risk tolerance.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, investment strategies, and market conditions. These reports are used to communicate with stakeholders, including pension fund managers and trustees.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all investment activities comply with relevant regulations and policies. This includes assessing and managing risks associated with different investment options.
Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on portfolio performance and investment strategies. This helps maintain transparency and trust
Make the entry in the system of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Review the documents received and provide the archiving. Register and check out all processes of payments and receipts. Send collection letters to customers, starting the recovery procedure. Control and monitor the commitments of payments and receipts of the company. Attend internal and external suppliers, informing them about the progress of the payment processes. Check all documentation coming from various sectors of the company for payment by checking for accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. Control the daily bank statements, identifying all payments and receipts. Assist the payments made to meet the requirements of contracting. Assist with management spreadsheets and inform the control data for the cash flow, taking into account the deadlines established.ResponsibilitiesCredit Control and CollectionsLiaise with debtors regarding outstanding debt and agree a deadline for payment.Financial Management and ControlSupport others by carrying out simple financial monitoring tasks.Document PreparationPrepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instruction.
