Job DescriptionCompany: Jolly J LoungeLocation: Adjiringanor Road, Otanu Curve, Accra, GhanaSalary: 4500 GHS PMPostion: Restaurant & Bar Manager x 2Period: 3 Months probationaryJolly J lounge is a new Restaurant (Nigerian Cuisine) & lounge in Adjiringanor providing Food, Drinks & entertainment.We are recruiting for 2 Restaurant and Bar managers to work alongside each other on both floors covering the restaurant and Lounge areato produce an outstanding guest experience by managing a service team. The Restaurant and Bar Managers provides a courteous, professional and efficient service, driving sales and maximising profits.The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
Manage the restaurant's inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Qualifications

At least-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
