Job Vacancy For Head of ITAre you a strategic IT leader with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation? KMK Entertainment Limited is looking for a Head of IT to lead our technology operations across both retail and online platforms.About the RoleAs the Head of IT, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and management of IT systems and strategies to support the company's business goals. You will oversee platform development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and team leadership while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead platform development, upgrades, and API integrations.
  • Oversee retail and online IT infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and uptime.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
  • Direct incident response and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Supervise and mentor IT support teams across regions.
  • Drive innovation through process improvement and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and gaming industry regulations.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, procurement, and reporting.
  • Coordinate contingency plans and disaster recovery protocols.
Qualification Required & Experience
  • Relevant degree in Information Technology or related field; certifications in ITIL, CISSP or any relevant IT certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior IT management role, preferably in the gaming or betting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and compliance standards
  • Experience managing retail POS systems and online platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in vendor management and project delivery.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
