- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet these goals
- To evaluate current sales performance and identify ways our agency can expand and grow
- Design and implement business development strategies to generate more business for the company
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients to build long-term relationships
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline with approximately 3 to 5 years of experience, agency experience preferred
- Possessing a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience is a plus
