Job Vacancy For Research and Innovation Coordinator

• To establish an effective and efficient efficient Research and innovation framework to support the development of evidence-based policies, plans and strategic policy interventions for the sector

• Identify, collate and analyse all relevant research findings on the educational sector ensure that the policies of the sector are evidence based
• Initiate the design and establishment of educational research methodologies, techniques and analysis to ensure the quality and adequacy of the sector's database
• Lead and coordinate the integration of sector-wide research and statistical information analysis as inputs for the educational sector policy formation, performance evaluation, accountability and service delivery
• Identify gaps in the educational sector research, analysis and recommend areas where in-depths research output collation on the sector by identifying, documenting and publishing relevant data on the sector

• Must possess a relevant Master's Degree with research experience from an accredited tertiary institution
• A minimum of 10 years of post qualification relevant working experience
