- BSc Electrical/Electronic, Telecoms and Civil Engineering or any related Field
- Certificate in IP Network implementation (CCNA desired)
- PMP Certification (Added Advantage)
- Google Map and GIS tools
- 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with an emphasis on IP/MPLS/Fiber systems implementation
- 1 year as a project team member or a project coordinator role
- Knowledgeable in IP, GPON, FTTH and active fiber deployment
- Adequate experience in reading and interpreting Google map drawings and designs
- Good knowledge & understanding of transport (IP and Fiber) network engineering and implementation.
- Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Project)
- Familiarity with a variety of mapping, GIS and CADD drafting programs
- Ability to Work with Google Earth KMZ's and KML's
- Project Management

- Good knowledge of putting together project estimates, budgets, and schedules
- Business acumen
- Knowledge of the OSI model and networking standards including TCP/IP and the 802.11 family
- Adequate knowledge in the latest advanced technology
