Reports To: Unit Head, Refining, Minting, Fabrication, Hallmarking & Gold TokenizationJob Summary: Supports the Unit Head in refining, minting, fabrication, hallmarking, and gold tokenization activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the monitoring and optimising of gold refining processes to ensure compliance with international purity standards.
Support the implementation of quality control measures in refining operations
Lead the process of bullion and coin minting, and the fabrication of gold products
Support the implementation and maintenance of hallmarking procedures to ensure the authenticity and quality of gold products.
Support the Unit Head in gold tokenization initiatives, including the integration of blockchain and digital asset management
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities.

Qualification Required & ExperienceSkills and Qualification Requirements:

Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Material Science or related field.
Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in gold refining fabrication, with at least two (2) years in a senior role.
Experience in refining, minting, fabrication, or hallmarking processes.
Understanding of quality control and assurance principles.
Knowledge of relevant national and international standards.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and equipment operation.
Knowledge of blockchain technology
High level of integrity
