- We are looking for a creative and sales-driven Interior Decor Specialist (Project Sales & Design Specialist) who can blend aesthetic expertise with engineering sales.
- This role requires someone with 3D design skills, customer relations experience, and a strong understanding of planning, structure, and décor. The ideal candidate should be able to engage high-value clients, understand their design needs, and propose tailored solutions that integrate functionality with style.
- Identify and engage real estate developers, architects, and consultants for high-value projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele to ensure repeat business.
- Present design solutions and technical specifications to clients.
- Work closely with customers to understand their aesthetic and functional needs for tiling projects.
- Collaborate with the retail team to provide comprehensive project solutions.
- Create 3D designs, sketches, and visual representations of tile applications for projects.
- Provide aesthetic recommendations on tile selections, layouts, and combinations.
- Advise clients on structural and spatial planning to optimize tile usage.
- Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and customer preferences.
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Prepare proposals and quotations based on project specifications.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, and design expos to build brand presence.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, project proposals, and sales performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on activities, trends, and confirmed orders.
- Monitor competitors and provide insights on market demands and opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior décor, design sales, or architectural sales.
- Strong knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Experience in customer relations, project planning, and business development.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, structure, and spatial planning.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and design teams.
- Familiarity with tile, hardware, or construction materials is an advantage.
