- Maintain, monitor, and support the organization's servers (Windows/Linux) including backups, patching, and basic user access management.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and other hardware.
- Ensure proper functioning of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, and office equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-level faults on laptops, desktops, and other devices.
- Assist with the implementation of IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with vendors or service providers for support and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain inventory and documentation of all IT assets.
- Participate in IT audits and support compliance with health industry regulations (e.g., data privacy, system availability).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, or CCNA (Nice to Have but Not Mandatory).
- Server administration (basic to intermediate)
- Networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS)
- Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience with Microsoft Windows environments (desktop and server).
- Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) or backup systems.
