compliance with project specifications, plans, and relevant codes and
standards.
Plan, organize and implement test plans according to project requirements
and client specifications.
Perform various tests and measurements on construction materials, such as
concrete, steel, and asphalt, to verify quality and adherence to standards.
Inspect and supervise all construction activities, such as civil and structural
tests, soil compaction, concrete compression, survey line and levels.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of inspection and testing results, including
photographs, measurements, and observations.
Prepare inspection reports.
Compliance:
Coordinate with Client's consultants for QC matters & coordinate with third party inspections agencies for all related inspection activities.
Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to implement corrective
actions when deviations from standards are identified.
Implement project-specific quality control plans (QCPs) and inspection and
test plans (ITPs).Material and Equipment Inspection: Inspect construction materials, equipment, and tools to verify their suitability
for the project and ensure they meet quality requirements and recorded.
Monitor the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure
accuracy.
Coordinate and collect material sampling, organizing for testing of materials
and submitting material test reports to the concerned authorities.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure the requirements of the Mowlem QMS in accordance with ISO
9001:2015 is followed.
Promote and enforce safety standards and practices on the construction
site.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS)
regulations.
Non-Conformance Management:
Identify and report non-conforming work, materials, or processes.
Collaborate with project teams to develop corrective and preventive actions
(CAPAs) to address non-conformities.
Recommend construction methodologies improvements on site.Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues and work with
project teams to implement effective solutions.
Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders,
including construction teams and clients.
Participate in project meetings to discuss quality-related issues and
progress.Key Personal Attributes

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
