- Lead and implement HR strategy aligned with business and production goals
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Drive performance management, discipline and workforce productivity
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent development for plant and office staff
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and industrial regulations
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Promote a strong health, safety and workplace culture within the plant environment
- Support leadership in building a results-oriented and accountable workforce
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Master's/professional certification is an advantage)
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations and HR best practices
- Proven ability to manage workforce dynamics in a demanding operational environment
