  • Bachelor's degree in Education and minimum of master's degree in Education Administration required
  • Teacher's Certificate A.
  • Must have held a leadership role for 4 years or more.
  • Must be able to lead a team and drive the mission and vision of the organisation
  • Must able to take initiative and anticipate problems and find solutions.
  • Must be conversant with both the GES and the British curricula
  • Must have creative and innovative approaches to teaching and learning
  • Must have very good computer skills
