• In this role, Our Airport Ticket Agents serve our customers in both the ticketing and gate areas at airport locations and perform a variety of tasks to keep our ground operations running safely, efficiently and on-time. • Our professionals serving as a ticket agent are the first to greet our customers and guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process.

• Have a minimum of HND
• Be at least 22 years of age
• Pass an extensive post offer per-employment background check, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check.
• Pass a post-offer per-employment drug test.
• Possess entry-level computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
