About This RoleWe seek a motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic Fintech Company during an exciting transformation phase. - Support all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and assist with policy implementation.
- Manage all employee and consultant payroll processes.
- Oversight of administrative processes and schedules.
- Handle employee inquiries and support workplace engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational development projects and process improvements.
- Coordinate with overseas management team on HR matters.
- Bridge communication between local operations and overseas management.
- 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in fast-paced environments. exposure to change/growth environments will be a huge advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
