the Fund.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collects data for the preparation of the annual procurement plan of the Fund.
- Collects data for the development of the procurement manual and procedures.
- Collects data for the development, maintenance and update of a database of Suppliers.
- Facilitates the effective management of the procurement process.
- Conducts market surveys.
- Collects data for the preparation of the budget and work plan of the Unit.
- Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Unit.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Supply Chain
- Must have completed National Service.
- Knowledge in Public Procurement Act and financial management laws.
- Knowledge and understanding of Public Administration System.
- Quantitative, Qualitative and Analytical skills
- Good negotiation and advocacy skills
- High integrity and good ethical standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge in ICT applications
