Job Vacancy For Stock Control OfficerOur client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on wholesale stock control officer to be based in Konongo.Key Accountabilities

Issue products according to the record on the issued document (invoice/delivery) and First Expired, First Out (FEFO).
Ensure products issued are cross checked against invoice before delivery.
Check and monitor products to ensure products do not expire on shelve.
Segregate expired products and label accordingly to prevent sell out.
Participate in weekly requisition of low stocked products at the wholesale.
Prevent overstocking and stock out.
Track stock levels and ensures that supplies are sufficient to meet the demand of customers.
Liaise with Supervisor for the update stock records/information on the computer systems at all times.
Perform random checks and audit of stock to address inventory discrepancies.
Assist customers in the purchase of products.
Preparation and submission of stock reports.

Qualification Required & Experience

HND in purchasing and supply, procurement or related field
Must have minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
