The Head of Research & Innovation for West Africa will lead the development and implementation of innovative dairy products tailored to the West African market. This role involves managing a team based in Accra and Ibadan, overseeing research projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.Scope West African countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Benin, Cote d’Ivoire)About YouMaster’s Degree in Food Science, Chemical engineering, Nutrition, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the dairy industry.
Direct experience working in a highly matrixed, global company and capability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience successfully coaching and developing others
Food processing knowledge and skills
Proven track record of leading successful product innovation projects.
