- Own Customer Relationship Management and customer satisfaction, strengthening key stakeholder relationships and governance structures while promoting a customer-care-driven culture aligned with Epiroc's vision.
- Full accountability for Regional PSD Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, including business planning, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance optimization of service agreements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional PSD organization within a matrix structure by recruiting diverse talent, building competencies, improving gender diversity, and ensuring succession planning.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for PSD growth, including fleet-based capacity planning, capital equipment support, and future regional workshop infrastructure.
- Ensure operational excellence through strong collaboration with Capital Equipment Regional BLMs, seamless total-solution delivery, and continuous improvement in team effectiveness and service quality.
- Safeguard a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment across all workplaces, workshops, and sites by enforcing safety standards, technical training, “The Epiroc Way,” and the Code of Conduct.
- Eight (8) years of working experience in management positions where the incumbent has been leading teams and delivering successful results.
- Product and application knowledge in the mining space covering surface/underground segments.
- Results oriented networked professional with a proven history in marketing and sales.
- Well conversed with Epiroc and the way we do business.
- Demonstrated business management experience at a strategic and operational level
- Strong interpersonal, people management and negotiating skills.
- Good Command of English language.
