Location: Remote (open across Ghana)Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, engage, and onboard new clients (shops, SMEs, wholesalers, e-commerce businesses).
- Present and promote the mPos Ghana platform to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent outreach and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Gather feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Proven interest or experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Must own a smartphone and have working knowledge of Mobile Money and digital payments.
- Prior experience in technology, retail, or payment solutions is an advantage.
