- To manage and develop an effective filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
- Dispatch official bill and letters and maintain Logbooks for examination by supervisor
- Responsible for dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming the facility and equipment and restocking all cleaning materials
- Any other assigned responsibilities
- A higher National Diploma from a tertiary institution, a valid Riders Class A License and a minimum of 5 years experience
- Being conversant with Accra would be an added advantage but not necessary
- Should be a computer literate and have knowledge of office equipment
- Applicant must be between 28 - 40 years
