Efficient workforce management (Transport, Sorting Center, Reverse ) - Administrative management
Training and integration of new agents
Implementation and monitoring of new project / operational process.
Operational management of the sorting center while respecting SLAs per delivery zone.
Management of logistics teams and equipment.
Transport cost management via optimization of outbound item flow.
Collaborate efficiently with other departments
Shipping parcels by Pickup Station, Door Delivery to logistics Transport providers.
Understand the tasks and responsibilities of the team in order to be aware of changes in processes, tools and work methodologies: this may involve carrying out agents' operational and field activities, at the request of Management over a set period of time
Supervise daily Transport operations of Sorting Center and Reverse teams
Ensure that Network Operations teams understand all KPIs and operational measures established to improve them.
Improve the Customer Promise via the E2E KPIs I.e. process outgoing FIFO etc.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives, coordinate efforts, and drive results in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support operational needs.
