Key Responsibilities1. Order Processing- Assist in processing wholesale orders from receipt through fulfillment.- Ensure that all orders are entered accurately and timely in the system.2. Clerical Support:- Manage and maintain wholesale databases and customer records.- Prepare and send invoices, packing slips, and order confirmations.3. Customer Service:- Serve as a point of contact for wholesale clients, addressing inquiries and providing product information.- Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.4. Inventory Management:- Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering products when necessary.- Collaborate with the logistics team to track shipment statuses and resolve issues.5. Sales Support:- Assist in preparing sales presentations and promotional materials for wholesale clients.- Help coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.6. Data Analysis- Compile sales reports and assist in analyzing sales trends and customer behavior.- Provide input on product selection and inventory based on market feedback.7. Administrative Tasks- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and supporting travel arrangements for the wholesale team.- Assist in filing and documentation processes to maintain organized records.
