Condition Monitoring Analyst - Mantrac Ghana Limited

• Ensures machine fluid condition monitoring systems are functional and appropriately used.
• Ensures CAT wear management tools and systems are functional and appropriately used to support machine reliability.
• Continuously monitor and report on Haul road and in-pit floor conditions using appropriate business tools.
• Provide leadership for conducting field, Pre PM and quality control machine inspections.
• Proactively reporting on machine health problems and advising the maintenance team on repair before failure.
• Capture post-maintenance inspection findings and liaise with Backlog team to maintain records of machine defects.
• Provide leadership in the use of on-board and off-board Vital Information Management System (VIMS) and Electronic Technician (ET), as well as other health reporting tools.
• Assist Engineers in troubleshooting using condition monitoring tools.

• Demonstrate good understanding of the use of the Service Information System (SIS).
• Electronic Technician (ET), Vital Information Management System (VIMS), Custom Track Service (CTS), and Vision Link.
• Should have a driving license B or Higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent technical skills and good time management skills.
