Flowitec Engineering is seeking an NSS HR and Admin Assistant to support the HR department with various administrative functions. The role involves recruitment assistance, onboarding coordination, record-keeping, and general office management. The HR and Admin Assistant will report to the HR Manager.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
