A reputable financial institution in the Ashanti Region is seeking to recruit qualified persons for the following position: Credit OfficersJob Purpose
  • To effectively manage and grow the institution's credit portfolio at the Branch level
Qualification required & Experience
  • First Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or any other related course
  • 3 years banking experience or a in a related industry
  • Commercial Credit Evaluation
  • Good understanding of financial statements
  • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving aptitude
  • Must have professional, ethical and exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft applications
  • Must be able to grow and manage credit portfolio
  • Ability to justify the rationale for credit recommendations and capability to exercise credit authority within delegated authority
  • Ability to prepare and submit timely prudential and management reports
