- Being responsible for direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources.
- Developing a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.
- Contributing to plan of larger unit. Communicates across direct organization.
- Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. Diverse clients in a region.
- Following frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions
- Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.
- Have excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
- Have excellent English oral and written communications skills, including ability to organize meetings and distributing accurate and succinct minutes of meetings.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in oil & gas industry with a minimum of 4 years as a project manager.
- Have experience managing product line P&L (Profit and Loss management).
- Have functional use of MS Office Suite, with MS Project
- Be PMP (Project Management Professional) certified.
- Show experience of project cost control and managing customer contractual requirements to successful completion
- Proven personnel development skills will be required in this role
