Job Vacancy For Recovery ManagerWe are looking for a dynamic Recovery Manager to primarily oversees the collection of delinquent loans, bad debt, or non-performing loans (NPLs) to minimize financial loss for a lending institution. Key duties include developing recovery strategies, managing debt collection teams, negotiating repayments with clients, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and bank policiesRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and implement recovery plans for delinquent and written-off loans
  • Supervise collection officers, set KPIs, and ensure performance targets are met.
  • Monitor credit risk trends and recommend preventive actions to reduce nonperforming loans (NPLs).
  • Oversee legal recovery processes including litigation, auctions, and settlements.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recovery performance and portfolio health. Collaborate with branch managers, legal teams, and external recovery agents.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor and/or head of department.
  • Develop and revise policies, guidelines, and training materials based on business growth and management assignments.
Qualification Required & ExperienceREQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in finance and Banking, law, business or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in related to the loan collection function.
  • Good written in English
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Deep understanding of credit laws and banking regulations.
  • Analytical thinking and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in recovery systems and reporting tools.
