Job Vacancy For Assistant Inspection, Investigations, Compliance & Enforcement Officer

• Collect data for the development of guidelines, processes and procedures for investigation and enforcement of standards in the industry
• Collect data for the development of a database on the programmes and activities of the Directorate
• Undertake data entry programmes and activities for the Directorate
• Facilitate the inspection of facilities for compliance
• Facilitate the enforcement of the standards of the commission
• Collect data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Directorate.
• Collect data for the preparation of the budget and annual work plan of the Directorate

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution
• Must have completed National Service
• Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the hiring organization in collaboration with the Public Service Commission

• Good leadership, networking, monitoring and management skills
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good negotiation, diplomacy and lobbying skills
• Good quantitative, qualitative and analytical skills
• Good knowledge and experience in laws and regulations of the industry
• Knowledge of relevant IT applications
• High integrity, confidentiality, firm and fair
