Number of Direct Reports: 0Position OverviewFairgreen Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing strong client relationships. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for delivering tailored IT solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities1. Client EngagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.2. Sales ExecutionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by applying effective sales techniques.3. Market DevelopmentMonitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.Support initiatives to grow the client base within assigned industries or regions.4. Customer ServiceProvide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.5. Reporting and AdministrationMaintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client engagements.Prepare timely sales reports and forecasts for management review.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably within the IT, telecommunications, or related services sectors.Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet goals.Key CompetenciesSales Acumen:
