  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform strategy.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content writers to develop engaging visuals and captions.
  • Help track campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and assist in planning upcoming campaigns or initiatives.
  • Support influencer or partnership outreach and communications.
  • Assist with live social media coverage of events, promotions, or product launches.
  • Maintain brand tone, language, and visuals across all communications.
Required Skills or ExperienceSkills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing or supporting professional social media accounts
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
