- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform strategy.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content writers to develop engaging visuals and captions.
- Help track campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and assist in planning upcoming campaigns or initiatives.
- Support influencer or partnership outreach and communications.
- Assist with live social media coverage of events, promotions, or product launches.
- Maintain brand tone, language, and visuals across all communications.
- Proven experience managing or supporting professional social media accounts
- Proficiency with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Highly organized with good time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
