The foundation is already in place, and we are now looking for a dedicated and driven Service Centre Manager to lead operations and grow with us.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the service centre
Supervise mechanics and technicians to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
Handle customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust
Monitor workflow, productivity, and service timelines
Maintain service standards, discipline, and a professional work environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Prior experience managing an automobile service centre or workshop
Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of automobile service operations
A self-driven individual who takes ownership and treats the business as their own
