- Prepare standardized monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce reports for the region
- Responsible for people analytics and HR dashboard management including HR BPMS; produce monthly & quarterly reports on FTEs & HR KPIs
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR documents and provide necessary data for decision-making, regulatory bodies, court cases, etc.
- Keep custody of HR policies, processes (process maps), and other legal documents
- Administer all HR processes related to the employee life cycle (e.g. promotion, transfer, exits, etc.) whilst being the custodian of HR policies
- Provide timely inputs for monthly payroll processing and other data required for employee's salary and benefits administration
- Ensure timely and seamless processing of monthly payroll including statutory remittances
- Ensure implementation of payroll projects and payroll process improvement initiatives
- Ensure prompt response to employee inquiries and resolution of payroll complaints from employees
- Manage the logistics of learning programs including securing a venue and planning training delivery
- Manage materials, facility, classroom set-up, registration, participant inquiries, and participants attendance
- Solicit feedback from participants and instructors regarding learning programs executed
- Consolidate, distribute, and analyze learning program feedback and results which will feed into the overall learning strategy
- Manage monthly agency/outsourced headcount and costs in line with budget limits
- Provide necessary data as may be required from time to time on agency and outsourced headcount
- Keep proper records of agency data and costs
- Ensure seamless administration of employee benefits -fuel, health, phone, communication (phone credit), etc
- Implement wellness programs across the region in order to create awareness on mental and physical health
- Manage relationships with government regulators (eg, Ministry of Employment & Labour Relations, etc)
- Maintain an accurate record of all forms of employees' absences (annual leave, casual leave, compassionate leave, etc.) throughout the year and provide necessary reports regularly
