- The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads on our digital platforms.
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for our digital platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
- SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive paid search traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and other relevant platforms.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with our customer base, promote offers, and increase customer retention.
- Affiliate Marketing: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach and drive sales through partner websites.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing the return on investment.
- Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, promoting responsible gaming practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the betting or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
