District Management is hiring a competent and organized Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal support to executive staff. The successful candidate will manage scheduling, documentation, and communication, while also handling international orders and liaising across departments.Key Responsibilities: * Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for executives
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle filing and document organization
- Place and track orders, including from overseas
- Support operations in areas such as construction, food and beverage, and events
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with calendar tools, email platforms, and file systems
- Experience in business, construction, F&B, and event coordination is a plus
